Releasing a Pickup Order (POS)

If your wine club allows customers to pick up their releases, this can be processed from the Point of Sale.

Login to the Point of Sale to begin. Go to the account tab, and search for the customer.

Once logged in, go to the Account tab. From here, use the “Search Customer” button to pull up the customer information.

Tap Order History. Identify the order, then press the Release button. The customer will need to input their signature.

If the order is a Pay at Pickup order, then the button will be green and say Take Payment.

If the order was declined, then the button will be green and request reauthorization.
