Navigate to the Member Account Module
The Member Account module is in OrderPort Admin. Go to orderport.net to login.
Scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard page, and you will find the Operations option. Click the second option.
You can also hover over the three lines toward the top right of the dashboard page.
The Member Account module is under the Operations column.
Creating Member Accounts
Customers do not have a deposit account by default. To make a new one, click on the “Create Deposit Account” button.
Search for the customer, then click . Now, the account is created.
Viewing and Managing Accounts
Member accounts have four tabs in them.
The first tab, Account Details shows the current account balance as well as the on hold balance. The on hold balance is the balance committed to an order, but not yet released. This may be useful when using subscription clubs.
The transactions tab has a history of transactions linked to the acount.
The deposit funds tab allows the customer to put additional funds into the account.
The adjust funds tab allows you as the winery to add or remove funds to the account.
